Wait for the polish to COMPLETELY dry, and begin creating the Times Square Ball using triangles. I put a drop of Sinful Colors’ “Black on Black,” on a cardboard surface and took a toothpick to create the triangle pattern. What really helped me was looking at a picture of it. After finishing the ball’s design, I dabbed a drop of Color Club’s “Back Stage Pass” on a cardboard surface and using a toothpick, placed the large glitters on my nail, bordering the ball design. If the glitter doesn’t adhere right away, try putting a clear topcoat to create a glue for it to stick on. After this you may want to go over the edges in black again to really make it POP.
